ShopFactory includes two important tools for building your site, and managing customers and after sales marketing to them.

The Import Wizard is a time saving tool which allows you to bulk import products from various data formats including: .csv, .txt., excel, Access, MySQL Server, MYOB (.csv, .txt), Quickbooks (.txt). With most formats you can import product data including shipping rates per product, pictures, links, options, sales taxes, etc.

You can also just use the quick Product Set-up Wizards to set-up each product directly in the editor by typing or copying in your content. Your product can appear on one page or multiple pages with click and drag features - then you can update each product and it updates across the site.

The Sales Manager allows you to database all your orders and customer information in an easy to use interface. You can sort, filter and review your sales data by various methods for each shop you own. You can also export out data to a .csv / .txt file format for use in other programs such as your accounting software.

The Sales Manager also allows you to maintain contact with each of your customers (CRM - Customer Relationship Managment Software), or with bulk emailings of newsletters or mailers you may use to market to your customer base.
